DevOps and Continuous Delivery
Smoother development and software releases
The code is ready, but starting the environment, slow checks or manual releases keep interrupting delivery.
Discuss this workshopAn example exercise
Illustrative task. We choose the actual exercise around your team’s work and tools.
Take a small change from a local environment into a test environment. Introduce a deliberate failure to see where the process stops.
How we work
-
Identify today’s manual interventions.
-
Use AI to build or improve one selected automation.
-
Try verification, release and rollback.
What stays with your team.
- Useful setup and verification commands.
- A tested automation in the selected project.
- A release and rollback checklist.
Making time for the work
Preparation followed by practical sessions and independent trials between them. Scope is one project and a selected delivery obstacle.
We agree session count and length, group size, preparation, follow-up and fees before starting. Environment preparation and practice get their own time allocation.
What do we need to start?
A runnable project, the current build and release process, a test environment and the necessary permissions.
