QA and test automation
Testing with AI
Writing tests takes time, and it is hard to tell whether AI-generated tests would detect real defects.
Discuss this workshopAn example exercise
Illustrative task. We choose the actual exercise around your team’s work and tools.
Choose a feature, describe the expected behaviour, then introduce a deliberate defect to verify that the AI-assisted test catches it.
How we work
-
Clarify expected behaviour and important failure cases.
-
Use AI to develop test cases and automated checks.
-
Try the tests against both correct and faulty behaviour.
What stays with your team.
- Acceptance criteria and test cases for the feature.
- Verified tests in your existing toolset.
- Criteria for reviewing AI-generated tests.
Making time for the work
Practical sessions around a selected feature. The balance of manual testing and automation follows participants’ responsibilities.
We agree session count and length, group size, preparation, follow-up and fees before starting. Environment preparation and practice get their own time allocation.
What do we need to start?
A familiar feature, an accessible test environment and the current testing tools. Suitable sample data instead of live customer data.
